DELIGHT BITES

Why has the beverage menu changed?

Restaurant partnerships worked for a time, but they came with limits — fewer performance dates, more restrictions, and rules from Pennsylvania’s Liquor Control Board that don’t align with a flexible, immersive theater, (Their interpretation even requires bolted-down seats, which doesn’t fly for the Prima experience.) That decision is being appealed, with full respect for the PLCB but a different view of the code. Out of those challenges came a fresh question: what would the most life-giving, exciting, joy-filled version of concessions look like? The answer is Prima Pours — intentional, energizing, and designed to make each evening feel more alive.

Could alcohol return in the future?

That depends on the Liquor Control Board. If regulations shift, any future choice will be guided by one measure: does it make the Prima experience more vibrant, seamless, and life-giving?

What contributes to the price of these elevated drinks?

Each pour is crafted like a restaurant cocktail — small-batch, thoughtfully sourced, and boutique in nature. Adaptogen-rich apéritif elixirs and specialty brews carry higher production costs, but they’re meant to do more than quench thirst. They’re designed to spark conversation, elevate the senses, and make the experience unforgettable.
