Director of Marketing & Sales
Location: Lancaster, PA (on-site/hybrid)
Status: Full-Time, Salaried with Benefits
This Is the Role for Someone Who Makes It Happen
The person who doesn’t just promote or sell — but energetically invites and sparks something.
Someone who sees a room full of seats and envisions possibility. Who knows how to turn ideas into action — and action into full houses.
You’ve got the mind of a strategist and the heart of a storyteller. You move people — not with pressure, but with purpose. You believe experiences like Prima’s aren’t extras. They’re essential to a vibrant life.
Because this isn’t just about marketing. It’s about reminding people what it feels like to be fully alive.
And your work? It’s how they get there. It’s the invitation into wonder and joy.
We shared the standard title — Director of Marketing & Sales — for clarity. But the title we’re likely embracing is Invitation & Connection Director: bringing people into invigorating theatrical experiences. We’d shape the final title together to reflect the soul of the work.
